Based at the UofG-IHW, Victoria provides comprehensive project support to MEIRU on the Wellcome funded HLM/ GM and wider MEIRU activities.  Her remit covers Finance, Budgeting, Contract, Governance/Risk Assessment, Procurement, Funding and Ethics.  

Victoria most recently graduated from the University of Glasgow (MSc Psychological studies) and formerly, Western Sydney University (BCom/Accounting).  She is a finance professional, having previously worked within Investment Banking in Asset Management, Treasury and Transfer pricing.

Proficient in qualitative methods (IPA, utilizing Photo Elicitation techniques), research interests include identity, Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Abuse of Power, informed via psychological identity/ social identity theories. Victoria is driven to reduce the global burden associated with GBV via solutions focused research.  By minimising the prevalence of this phenomenon, families and their communities can achieve better overall health and wellbeing outcomes over the life course.
